If you feel frustrated by your lack of progress

GrettaJuly 7, 2023

If you're frustrated by the lack of progress you're seeing this process IS what's been missing for you:

How to evaluate your week, in four simple steps:

Answer the following questions weekly on Friday.

1. What lessons/takeaways/problems did I solve for that moved me closer to my goal this week?

2. Where am I still getting stuck or repeating the same mistakes?

3. What ONE thing do I want to focus on/shift/change next week that'll get me closer to my goal?

4. How will I know if I've shifted that one thing/made progress on it when I ask myself these same questions at the end of next week?

In order to create forward momentum, you need to be aware of your growth, know your gaps, have a simple plan to close that gap, and implement that plan.

Rinse & repeat.

Personally, I keep these questions in a Google Doc and I answer them end of day Friday. I'm rarely excited to do it but I ALWAYS feel energized and better after I do.

Happy Evaluating!
