Monthly Evaluation

GrettaNovember 30, 2021

If you don't take the time to find the lessons from this month, you WILL keep running into the same problems next month.

Guaranteed.

It's uncomfortable - yes - to look at all of your fails. But it is an activity with one of the highest ROI's. It's FAR more uncomfortable to stay stuck, to keep making the same mistakes, and to keep not getting the results you want.

Here are some great questions you can ask to help you extract what you need to know from this month so you can hit your goals next month:

1. What lessons or takeaways or problems did I solve for that moved me closer to my goal this month?

2. Where am I still getting stuck/repeating the same mistakes?

3. What ONE thing do I want to focus on/shift/change next month that will get me closer to my goal?

4. How will I know if I've shifted that one thing/made progress on it when I ask myself these same questions at the end of next month?
