The Problem is You

& it's the nicest thing anyone has ever said to you.

When you are the problem, you always have the solution.

One more time:

When you are the problem, you always have the solution. We are always the problem & it's the best news.

When you realize YOU'RE the problem you: stop blaming, stop playing the victim, stop rolling around in self-pity and stop, feeling sorry for yourself.

Once you know this fact to be true, and believe it, you take ALL of your power back. You shift into responsibility, ownership, and authority over your own life. And that feels incredible. It feels powerful and it leads you to making decisions and taking action.

To uncover this for yourself, answer the following questions:

  1. Who or what is causing my negative feeling/result?
  2. How is this making me feel?
  3. What is the thought I'm thinking that is actually causing me to feel this way?

Now, fill in the blanks:

(an action I'm taking/a lack of action/a thought I'm having) is actually what is creating                                          (my unwanted result).

(these actions that I can take/new thought) is the solution to solving for my unwanted result.

I will do                                           (actions) moving forward to help me create my wanted result.

Your thoughts create your feelings, your feelings drive your actions, and your actions crate your results. Every. Time. Circumstances and other people don't create your feelings. You are always the problem and you're always the solution.

If you're ready to quit believing your own shit, book a mini session.
