
Why you need to keep getting “caught up”
If you need to keep getting caught up, it's because you're in the habit of telling yourself: I'll do it later.
Laundry. Projects. Appointments.
The fastest & easiest way to change this habit is to notice when you've told yourself, I'll do it later and decide instead to do it NOW.
You'll feel uncomfortable. You'll try to convince yourself that it'll be easier later. You'll tell yourself that you don't want to do it now and you're not ready.
These are the lies that are keeping you in the, "need to get caught up cycle." The truth is, you won't want to do it more later. You won't feel like doing it more later. And it won't be easier later.
